Canadian Business Association

Interested parties can join either as a Member or as an Affiliate of the Canadian Business Association.

Member Category

Members can attend all CBA events, including any general assembly. One can either be a Small Business or Large Corporate Member in the Canadian Business Association.

Affiliate Category

Affiliation allows one to attend all CBA events, apart from a general assembly of Members and certain other Member only events. One can either join as an Individual Affiliate or as a Corporate Affiliate. Please note that only natural persons can join as an Individual Affiliate. Entities must join as a Corporate Affiliate.

General Obligations

There are a number of general obligations of Members and Affiliates, which include complying with the provisions of the CBA charter documents and the decisions of the general assembly; and acting in furtherance of the association and not acting in order to negatively affect the association. Termination of Membership or Affiliation occurs if there is a failure to pay dues, a resignation or if there is a breach of the covenants of the CBA charter documents or wishes of the general assembly.
